Manorbier County Councillor Suffering From Memory Loss

My sources tell me Manorbier's Pembrokeshire County Councillor Malcolm Calver is suffering from memory loss, Mr Calver had to admit he could'nt remember a most important detail in a letter he received from The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. In the public participation session held at the Community Council meeting held on Tuesday 7th March Mr Chas Cochrane a member of the public challenged Mr Calver that he had not in fact been requested by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority for his comments on the planning application by the MOD at ADR Manorbier to fire missiles after dark, in his capacity of Pembrokeshire County Councillor. Mr Cochrane went on to say that the letter Mr Calver had received was the same letter that every member of the public who had shown an interest in the application had received, and the letter had not invited him as a County Councillor for his comments. Mr Calver never denied that Mr Cochrane was correct. When challenged about what right he had replying on official Council headed paper he again became vague and appeared somewhat confused.
To use Council headed paper for personal use and to mislead, is a breach of Pembrokeshire County Council guidelines and breaches the code of conduct.
Mr Calver has not only breached the code of conduct by doing this, but also by failing to declare a percuniary interest when the matter was first discussed in November/ December 04 in that he /his family own property that is let on occassions to millitary personel connected to ADR Manorbier. Mr Calver had been invited to declare any interest by the chairman Mr T Wales and challenged to do so again by Mr Cochrane. Despite this Mr Calver still refused to declare any interest at that time. Mr Calver had not even declared his interest in the properties he/his family let out, on his declarations of interest to Pembrokeshire County Council, only adding these after he was reported to the Council.
This goes to show what a hypocrit he is, for years he has accused others for not declaring an interest and all along he is doing the same himself. Even at the time of this none declaration he was preaching by letter to St Florence Community Council members for not declaring an interest. Its time Mr Calver practised what he preaches, but then I dont think anyone would want to follow him in his practices. Except for his Puppet (as described in a letter to the Community Council) Cllr Martin Davies. To quote a fellow Manorbier Blogger "we can only hope they slitherback under the stones from whence they came".
